At P.K.B.D. International School, discipline, punctuality, and respect for others are the foundation of our learning environment. All students are expected to follow the rules listed below to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive academic atmosphere.
Students must maintain discipline, good manners, and respectful behavior at all times.
Misbehavior with peers, teachers, or school staff will lead to disciplinary action.
Students should speak politely and use respectful language.
Damaging school property is strictly prohibited. The cost of repairs will be recovered from the student responsible.
Students must attend school regularly and be punctual.
A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in exams.
No student may leave the school premises during school hours without prior written permission from the Principal.
Repeated late arrivals may result in warnings or disciplinary action.
Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and with pride.
Hair must be neatly groomed; long hair must be tied back (for girls) and cut short (for boys).
Wearing of fancy jewelry, makeup, or nail polish is not allowed.
Identity cards must be worn at all times within the campus.
All students are expected to complete assignments, homework, and projects on time.
Cheating during exams or copying work is strictly prohibited.
Books and notebooks must be kept neat, covered, and maintained properly.
Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the school campus.
If found, such items will be confiscated and returned only to parents after written warning.
Students should take care of furniture, computers, lab equipment, books, and all school property.
Scribbling on walls, desks, or books is strictly forbidden.
Littering is not allowed; students must use dustbins provided across the campus.
Bullying, teasing, fighting, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
Students must stand in line and maintain silence while moving from one place to another.
Any form of disrespect toward the national anthem, flag, or school symbols is a serious offense.
Parents are requested to attend PTMs and stay informed about their child's academic progress and behavior.
Regular communication between school and home is encouraged for the child’s holistic growth.
Leave of absence must be applied for in advance, except in case of emergency.
Medical leave must be supported by a valid medical certificate.
Unauthorized absence for more than 10 days may lead to removal from the rolls.
Students should bring healthy tiffin meals; junk food is discouraged.
Participation in school functions, assemblies, and activities is compulsory.
School authorities may take disciplinary action, including suspension, in cases of repeated or serious misconduct.
